By accessing or using https://www.missingpersonsnetwork.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

This Site is a public information resource. Its sole purpose is to assist in the location of missing persons across the United States by publishing case information drawn from official law enforcement sources.

About This Site

Missing Persons Network ("we", "us", "our") is a publicly accessible directory of active missing persons cases in the United States. All case information published on this Site is sourced exclusively from official United States law enforcement agencies, including municipal police departments, county sheriff's offices, state law enforcement bodies, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and the FBI.

We are not a law enforcement agency. We do not conduct investigations, accept tips from the public, or have any authority to act on missing persons cases. If you have information about a missing person, you must contact law enforcement directly.

All case information published on this Site is drawn directly from official law enforcement reports and is reproduced in good faith. We make reasonable efforts to keep case records accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information on the Site. Case circumstances can change rapidly, and there may be a delay between a change in status at the law enforcement level and an update on this Site.

Reporting inaccuracies

If you believe a case record is inaccurate, out of date, or should be removed, please contact us at info@missingpersonsnetwork.org. We will investigate and respond as promptly as possible. Requests from verified law enforcement personnel or legal representatives will be prioritised.

Case information should never be treated as a substitute for direct contact with the reporting law enforcement agency. Always verify current case status with the relevant authority before acting on any information found on this Site.
